In 1965 graduated the physics faculty of Baku State University.
In 1968 he continued his study in post-graduate course in High-molecular compounds Institute of USSR Academy of Sciences.
In 1974 he defended a PhD thesis by theme: “The main aspects of X-ray beams diffraction in amorphous-crystalline structures of the polimer systems.
From 1965 till now he works in “Physics and Technics of High voltage” laboratory at the Institute of Physics of Azerbaijan NAS.
From 1980 he is a chief scientific officer and scientific secretary of Institute.
From 2002 he is a deputy director by scientific work at the Institute of Physics.
At present time is completed the work by doctoral thesis by theme: “Mechanisms of physical-chemical processes in carbohydrates structures under influence of electrical discharges in gases”.
He is an author of many publications by research of polymer dielectrics properties and structure, study of interference of high voltage electrical discharges and dielectric polymer materials and application of influence of the high electrical fields in engineering processes.
