Registration
For registration as the participant of the conference you
should fill out the registration form and send it to the
Conference Scientific Secretary:
Shahla.Ganbarova@cern.ch.
The letter must be attached copy of Passport. The
registration form you
can download here.
Registration
fees: 150 € (euro). The registration fee will be paid by
cash at time of registration to the conference.
The deadline for registration for
participation in conference: 15th September, 2013.
The deadline for submitting papers:
15th August, 2013.
Visa
For visa to Azerbaijan, you need an
invitation from Azerbaijan, which should be presented to the
Embassy of Azerbaijan. Invitation for the participation
at the Conference 'Physics in Atlas'
will be
sent to you after filling and sending of the
registration form.
Accomodation
According to
arrangements with administration of hotel, participants of
conference should in advance to book a room in hotel. The
information on booking the hotel accommodation should be
sent to the
Conference Scientific Secretary:
