Raman analysis of carbon nanotubes deposited on substrate by different methods
 pdf

ABSTRACT

Carbon nanotubes obtained by the electric arc method and carbon nanotubes doped by gadolinium, are deposited on a SiO2 substrate by drop method. Raman analysis of the obtained samples is carried out, the results of which are compared with the analysis of the samples obtained by the spray method. It was found that depending on the method of depositing nanotubes on a substrate, the intensity and frequency of the spectra of carbon nanotubes varies significantly.

Keywords: Carbon nanotube, gadolinium, Raman scattering, spray deposition method, droplet method.
