ABSTRACT The presented paper is devoted to the analysis of carbon nanotubes functioning at the carboxyl group under normal conditions and under a pressure of 25 MPa. The functionalized carbon nanotube is shaped of the rectangular parallelepiped. X-ray phase diffraction analysis is carried out and the size of the nanoparticles before and after compression is determined using the Debye - Scherrer formula. Keywords: carbon nanotube, X-ray phase analysis. PACS: 61.05.C−, 73.63.Fg DOI:- Received: 26.01.2021 AUTHORS & AFFILIATIONS Institute of Physics of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, 131 H.
