ABSTRACT The processes of diffusion, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and thermoelectric phenomena are the determining values of currents and voltages in electronic devices, so to determine and calculate such physical parameters: current, voltage, electric and magnetic field strengths, as well as to establish functional dependencies between them, a hydrodynamic method is proposed. Keywords: electronic devices, physical phenomenon, thermoelectric phenomenon, charge transport, quasi-neutrality.
