Neutralino pair production in polarized lepton-antilepton collisions
 pdf

ABSTRACT

The process of producing a neutralino pair in arbitrarily polarized lepton-antilepton (electron-positron or muon-antimuon) collisions has been studied within the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model: 𝓁-+𝓁+ → χ̃𝑖0 + χ̃𝒋0. We consider s-channel diagrams with neutral Z-boson and Higgs-boson ( H or A ) exchanges, and t-channel diagrams with scalar 𝓁 ̃-L and 𝓁 ̃+R-lepton exchanges. General expressions for the differential and integral cross sections of the process are obtained, transverse and longitudinal spin asymmetries due to lepton-antilepton pair polarizations, and degrees of longitudinal and transverse neutralino polarization are determined. Angular and energy dependences of cross sections and polarization characteristics of the process are studied in detail.
