Structural and physical properties of ferrite Ni0.4Zn0.3Cu0.3Fe2O4

ABSTRACT

Ni0.4Zn0.3Cu0.3Fe2O4 ferrite was synthesized by high-temperature alloying of ultra-pure components: NiO, ZnO, CuO, Fe2O3 at a temperature of 950°C. X-ray diffraction analysis, diffuse reflection in the IR range, and DTA analysis of the obtained sample were carried out. In the diffuse reflectance spectra in the range 4000-400 cm-1, in addition to supplementary ones, two absorption bands characteristic of spinel ferrites are observed: 604-542 cm-1 and 463-416 cm-1.
