Dielectric properties of CuInZnSe3 compound

ABSTRACT

The dielectric properties of the CuInZnSe3 compound were studied in the presented work. The studies were performed at temperatures T = 30-200°C and frequency f = 25 Hs - 1 MHz. Various physical parameters such as real and imaginary parts of the dielectric constant, dielectric loss angle, dielectric constant have been determined in the specified temperature and frequency ranges. In this work, the dielectric loss angle, the electrical conductivity, and the real and imaginary parts of the dielectric constant are studied as a function of the frequency and time of the electric field.
