Current oscillations in periodic structures of uniaxial CuGaS2, CuAlS2, CuInS2 crystals		  pdf 

ABSTRACT

In this work single crystals СuGaS2, CuAlS2, CuInS2 accepted as matrices and two-component periodic structures with an oxide layer based on them were studied. A hypothetical interpretation of the obtained results is given.
