Radiation in multi-valley and impurity semiconductors under conditions of internal and external stability		  pdf 

ABSTRACT

The radiation frequencies of multi-valley and impurity semiconductors are found under instability conditions. It is shown that in the presence of a strong magnetic field μH >> c, the radiation frequency is increasing. By calculating the semiconductor impedance, definitely the critical electric field at which radiation begins.
