Mechanism of action of surface structural defects, photovoltaic effect, uniaxial CuInSe2 single crystals		  pdf 

ABSTRACT

The spectral characteristics of CuInSe2 single crystals and the change in the value of the photovoltaic effect for anisotropic harmonic waves are experimentally determined. This means the presence of a layered-periodic structure of surface structural defects.
