LINEAR ELECTRO-OPTICAL EFFECT ON CuInS2 SINGLE CRYSTAL

ABSTRACT

In CuInS2 single crystal, the spectral characteristics of the effect of constant electric field on the refractive index were investigated. In order to use the range of absorption in a wide range, to expand the range of light sensitivity of the transmitter-receiver system, and to sharply increase the information capacity of the system, the measurement of the linear electro-optical effect is considered one of the main parameters. The obtained results can be widely used in laser physics and technology.
