ABSTRACT
In CuInS2 single crystal, the spectral characteristics of the effect of constant electric field on the refractive index were investigated. In order to use the
range of absorption in a wide range, to expand the range of light sensitivity of the transmitter-receiver system, and to sharply increase the information capacity of the
system, the measurement of the linear electro-optical effect is considered one of the main parameters. The obtained results can be widely used in laser physics and
technology.
