ABSTRACT
CuInS2 crystals were grown by the Bridgman method and characterized by X-ray diffraction and Raman scattering methods. Photoluminescence of CuInS2 was studied by
confocal laser microscopy. A nonlinear dependence of the luminescence intensity on the intensity of the exciting light was established.
