ABSTRACT

Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox HTSC material of the resulting excess conductivity was studied taking into account the Aslamazov-Larkin theory with the transition from the BCS theory model to the theory of the Bose-Einstein condensate model. For the sample, the critical temperature in the mean field approximation (Tcmf), the 3D-2D crossover temperature (T0), the coherence length of Cooper pairs (ζc), were determined, the temperature Tc of the SC transition and TG - the Ginzburg temperature - were determined.
