SPECTRAL CHARACTERIZATION OF IMPACT IONIZATION CONDUCTIVITY AND CAPACITANCE KINETICS IN A CuAlS2-BASED LAMINAR STRUCTURE

ABSTRACT

By choosing a special technological mode gradient, the spectral characteristics of the shock ionization conductivity [1] and capacitance kinetics formed on the surface of the CuAlS2 single crystal in its laminar structure were investigated. And it has been shown that the stepwise nature of conductivity due to point and linear defects in transport and the formation of a dipole domain in the spectrum of capacitance kinetics can play a key role in explaining theoretical and applied works.
