PREPARATION, MORPHOLOGY AND X-RAY DIFFRACTION STUDY OF THE COMPOUND Cu0,25In0,25Se0.5 WITH CHALCOPYRITE STRUCTURE SUBSTANCE

ABSTRACT

Solid solutions Cu0,25In0,25Se0.5 were synthesized from the elements Cu, In and Se in a ratio of 1:1:2. The microstructure, morphology and X-ray structural analysis of the synthesized compound were studied. As a result, polycrystalline tetragonal syngonium of high purity with lattice parameters a≈5.7805Ǻ were obtained; c≈11.6177 Ǻ and spatial group symmetry /41/amd:1(141).
