STUDY OF OPTICAL AND LUMINESCENT PROPERTIES OF CRYSTAL-BASED MEMBER LUMINOPHORES FOR STRONG WHITE LIGHT EMITTING DIODES

ABSTRACT

The investigation of the optical and luminescent properties of crystalline CaGa2S7:Eu2+-based member luminophores at room temperature is given. It was determined that the optical properties of the composite luminophore with crystal-based member compound depends on the amount of filler member compound in the composite. High-intensity radiation is observed in the region of -700 nm, and its intensity decreases as the thickness of the luminophore decreases. When adding a compound-based filler to the CaGa2S7:Eu2+ crystal, the emission spectrum shifts to the long-wave region.
