sahələrini inkişaf etdirən Fizika İnstitutu - İnnovasiya Tədqiqatlar Mərkəzi Elmlər Akademiyasının tərkibində 1945-ci ildən müvəffəqiyyətlə fəaliyyət göstərir.
2023-cü ildən Fizika İnstitutu Azərbaycan Respublikası Elm və Təhsil Nazirliyinin tərkibində fəaliyyət göstərir.
The Institute of Physics is a center for innovative research in the fields of semiconductor and solid-state physics, nanoelectronics, computing techniques, electromagnetic
wave sources and receivers, nuclear physics, and elementary particles physics. The Institute also explores other promising areas related to energy converters, which are
fundamental to modern technologies. Since 1945, the Institute has successfully operated as part of the Academy of Sciences. In 2023, it became part of the Ministry of Science
and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
